Description: Bows, like this example, were used in close to medium range hunting and fighting. This one is sinew backed to give it additional strength and durability. The three buffalo hide wrappings are coverd with porcupine quillwork that possibly has been re-purposed from a pipe stem.

Condition: Good: quillwork is worn away in spots, but consistent with age and use.
