Presented by him to Doctor Cornelius Boyle of Washington D.C. as a mark of gratitude for medical assistance from ... ... to C.C. Green and by the latter to ... W. Taylor as a token of ... friendship. C.C. Green 1860. Collection mark D 151 written in white ink.
